Project Planning

We provide expert, detailed guidance and consistent attention from the initial visualization phase through budgeting, implementation, and service after the sale.

Every project starts with a detailed assessment of your needs. Choose the system you need: new or carefully refurbished industrial racking, mobile shelving, tool-and-die shelving, wire shelving, conveyor systems and racks. Complete your plan with modular offices, mezzanines, catwalks and cantilever systems, pick & pack areas, security cages, fences, guard rails, and more. Then we’ll work together to develop a financing or payback plan.

design phase

Our expert system analysts prepare preliminary CAD layouts and plans to be submitted to component suppliers and vendors for their binding estimates. The final plan is submitted for fire and sprinkler codes, emergency egress and lighting compliance, and an independent, 50-state licensed professional engineering and seismic review and seal.

We submit all documentation to meet township/IBC/building codes, schedule permit inspections, and arrange for environmental and zoning permits.

We only proceed to the next stage once all contingencies are satisfied and all certifications are received.
